Over the years, I’ve seen organizations struggle, not because they lacked skilled people, but because they lacked ownership. A resume shows what someone has done, not whether they’ll care about the work when things get hard. George Bernard was never meant to be a recruitment machine. We built it to be a bridge, connecting strong engineering talent with ambitious roadmaps, and doing so with honesty, discipline, and better judgment. We’re a boutique practice by design. It allows us to stay close to the work, close to our engineers, and most importantly, close to the people we’re building for.
